Rent Review Experience
Shane Fleming is the principle and founder of Fleming Real Estate. He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 18 years real estate experience including over four years with Tesco handling acquisitions, disposals, planning, redevelopment asset management and rent reviews. Followed by over three years with IBRC, where Shane was involved in high-level valuations and oversaw the disposal of the INBS branch network as well as project managing the disposal of a number of property portfolios. Prior to setting up Fleming Real Estate Property Agents Dublin Shane was employed by global property specialist Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and oversaw property portfolios for global clients such as Blackstone, Standard Life, Green REIT, IDA and McDonalds. Shane also worked with international tenants including, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Microsoft. While landlords and tenants’ requirements may differ, Shane specialises in understanding what is important to each party to broker the best deals. Since setting up Fleming Real Estate Property Agents, Shane has been appointed by McDonald’s as an expert in landlord and tenant matters. Shane also negotiates rent reviews on behalf of McDonald’s. Similarly, Circle K has engaged Shane to provide expert advice on service charges across Circle K’s sub-leased properties throughout Ireland.
