Why Shane Fleming MRICS MSCSI

Shane Fleming is the principle and founder of Fleming Real Estate. He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 18 years real estate experience including over four years with Tesco handling acquisitions, disposals, planning, redevelopment and asset management. Followed by over three years with IBRC, where Shane was involved in high-level valuations and oversaw the disposal of the INBS branch network as well as project managing the disposal of a number of property portfolios. Prior to setting up Fleming Real Estate in 2016 Shane was employed by global property specialist Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and oversaw property portfolios for global clients such as Blackstone, Standard Life, Green REIT, IDA and McDonalds. Since setting up Fleming Real Estate, Shane has been appointed by McDonald’s and Circle K as an expert in commercial property. Shane has acted on behalf of private investors and developers sourcing real estate deals. In 2021 Shane moved to NYC and is now providing opportunities for Irish to invest in US real estate.
