My Story

I’ve spent over 20 years working in real estate — originating, structuring, and executing transactions across retail, mixed-use, and investment assets.

My career started on the operator side, working on acquisitions and development with Tesco and later managing portfolios and transactions with institutions such as Blackstone and LinkedIn through JLL. I then went on to build my own advisory business, working directly with brands like McDonald’s and Circle K to source opportunities and deliver site strategies.

Across all of this, one thing became clear:
The real value sits in access — access to deals, to networks, and to information.

That led me to build PropGen, a platform designed to bring agents together and modernise how property is bought and sold. Within six months, we onboarded approximately 7% of all licensed real estate agents in Ireland through direct outreach and relationship-building.

Today, I’m focused on the next phase — working at the intersection of real estate, investment, and technology.

I’m building platforms, partnerships, and networks that unlock access to opportunities, particularly between the US and Europe, and exploring new models for how investors can participate in real estate.

Alongside this, I share insights on deals, strategy, and market trends with an audience of 17,000+ subscribers on YouTube — building a community around modern real estate and investment thinking.
