Shane Fleming is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience helping landlords, tenants, and investors navigate complex property challenges. Having worked with leading firms like Tesco, IBRC, and JLL, and advised clients including Blackstone, LinkedIn, McDonald’s, and Circle K, Shane brings big-firm expertise directly to his clients at Fleming Real Estate.
Shane specialises in commercial rent reviews, combining AI-powered data analysis with deep market insight to remove the guesswork and deliver clear, evidence-backed solutions for both landlords and tenants.
In 2024, Shane also co-founded PropGen, a PropTech platform making property transactions smarter through innovation and automation.
A member of RICS and SCSI, Shane holds a degree in Property Economics from TU Dublin, and has completed further studies at Harvard and NYU, reflecting his passion for combining traditional expertise with future-focused innovation.
